Noam is a partner and leads Stanhope Capital’s corporate development efforts out of London.
Prior to joining Stanhope in 2020, Noam worked as an investment banker at Moelis & Company in London, where he advised on a variety of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital raises across multiple sectors.
Noam began his career as an M&A lawyer at Yigal Arnon & Co., a leading Israeli law firm, where he specialized at structuring and executing cross-border mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing transactions.
Noam previously served as a paratrooper and platoon commander with the Israeli Defence Forces.
Noam holds an MBA from London Business School and an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
