John is a Founding Partner of Wealth Partners Capital Group. Before starting the firm, John was President of AMG Wealth Partners from 2011 to 2017.

Prior to AMG Wealth Partners, he was the senior partner of one of Morgan Stanley’s largest Private Wealth Management teams. Earlier in his career, John served as Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and as Managing Director for E-Commerce and Wealth Management at Credit Suisse First Boston.

He began his career in 1988 in the Private Client Services Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he rose to Managing Director. John holds a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University, an M.S. from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, a J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Harvard Law School and a Master of Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins.
